Sure, kube-mgmt seems like a useful thing to have.
Policy updates on the fly are not that important in our case, because we recreate all pods on every service deploy anyway. But I can imagine this can be useful, e.g., for pieces of the OPA policy shared among multiple services which can have a different lifecycle. It is a tradeoff of complexity, resources and requirements.
